I have been researching this for a couple of days. We are currently
going to add more computers to our "server-less" network. We can not
use DHCP, SMS, or any other server/router/firewall based automatic
addressing (DHCP by MAC address is out of the question also). I need
to remotely change the IP and subnet settings for 40 computers
(without physically walking to them). I know netsh can do this, but
is there any software with a GUI to do this. Netsh gets a bit more
involved (i can telnet and do this) than I want the intern to get
involved with. I dont want to have to walk to a computer if he makes
a mistake typing in the command line.
