Executing code without generating stack machine code
Hello, I have seen hoc ( Kernighan & Pike ), PL0 ( Niklaus Wirth ) that are calculator programs. I was wondering if I could execute code from its tree representation without generating any intermediate code. At the least my language supports if/then/else, loops, procedures, goto's and expressions. This would allow me to avoid the extra stack machine processor code, required to run the intermediate code. Hi All, I am looking to get some insight from you in a very weird problem that happens with our code. Here is the problem description: 1. We have several trees: CAL, TLS, NTLS. TLS is dependent on CAL and NTLS is dependent on CAL and TLS. Meaning that NTLS uses some libraries from both CAL and TLS. 2. I'm new to Windows perl and am recreating a menuing system that we have on Unix, perl calling perl using the do command. The menus present options to users with some options going to other menus. When I execute one of the options, not another menu, I use "return" to return to the calling menu/program. When I do, all numeric inputs from the user are ignored. The only valid input is an "e" which exits the menu. Any idea what's happening? printing source code in TeXShop
Can anyone tell me how to print the TeXShop source code in color? I have tried copying to various word processors, but it always prints in B&W. Since I use a Mac, I can print to a pdf file, but that isn't working either. Any advice would be appreciated. Dear all, Im looking to implement a Soebel filter on a 256x256 jpg image. Unfortunately i cant use the mat lab functions as the work is for a project. At present im getting a error that says the matrix dimensions must agree. I have named the values in the image i=1:m and j=1:n where [m,n]=size(original_image)and then applied a for loop to try get the mask onto the next pixel value. But unfortunately this isn't working. I've noticed that Opera (version 9) returns a value of 35 for both the hash and END key codes in response to keyup, keydown and keypress events. Dear all, I am using the listings package for a very simple code listing. I would like every number (we are talking integers here so no decimal point to worry about) to be highlighted red. Disk image to external drive error code 36
I have two external hard drives. One is a working drive and the other is my archive. My working drive formated for Mac and the archive is windows. I created an encrypted image with disk utility and put it on the working drive. When I went to copy it to the other drive I get an error code 36 message that something could not be read or written. Error code 36 is IoErr I/O error (bummers). OK I was bummed. I still had it on my computer hard drive and tried to copy it from the computer to the archive drive and again got the same message.
