Hello

Where can i find the localized name for 'Config Panel' in the registry ?
Or what DLL must i open/read to get that name ?

What is "Config Panel"? I have German and English versions of Windows 
running, but never saw "Config Panel" anywhere.

Anyhow, why do you think that there is a well-known location of UI 
strings anywhere, unless they are documented?

Yes, sorry, it's Control Panel

because some can be found in shell32.dll

Look at the shell libraries and the GetDisplayNameOf() method.
