anyone have strong feelings on the use of
factotum's attribute names?

key user= password= proto= are all obvious,
less clear is the use of dom=hostname and server=hostname
which seem to be interchangable.

finally should I be adding service= to classify the type
of thing being authenticated, eg service=cvs
