Hi there.  I am having a problem starting up APACHE$TOMCAT using the
following:

VMS V7.3-1
CSWS V1.3
Java SKD 1.4.1
CSWS_JAVA V2.0 or V2.1 (problem is the same with both)

The process starts, and terminates, with the following error in the log
(from v2.1 log):

    Dec 21, 2003 10:18:39 AM org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Protocol init
    SEVERE: Error initializing endpoint
    java.net.SocketException: function not implemented

I think I might have missed a step somewhere, but can't find any
documentation which says I should have started something which I didn't...
