What are you trying to do? You're passing a std::string* to a function that's apparently expecting an unsigned short**. Why are you doing that? What exactly are you trying to accomplish? If you don't need the core file, delete or move it and try again. Alternately tell kmeminfo what it is you want it to look at (kmeminfo -? gives usage) For the running system, that's kmeminfo /stand/vmunix /dev/kmem Don ps - Note that kmeminfo is not a supported tool, insert Rick Jones's standard disclaimer on supported stuff here.. Hi everybody , I am getting license error while running cadence . When I am running licence with lmgrd it gives following error [sabyasachi@jupiter ~]$lmgrd [sabyasachi@jupiter ~]$ 20:15:59 (lmgrd) ----------------------------------------------- 20:15:59 (lmgrd) Please Note: 20:15:59 (lmgrd) 20:15:59 (lmgrd) This log is intended for debug purposes only. 20:15:59 (lmgrd) In order to capture accurate license 20:15:59 (lmgrd) usage data into an organized repository, 20:15:59 (lmgrd) please enable report logging. Another copy of the license server manager (lmgrd) is running. 20:15:59 (lmgrd) 2. A prior license server manager (lmgrd) was killed with "kill -9" 20:15:59 (lmgrd) (which would leave the vendor daemon running). 20:15:59 (lmgrd) To correct this, do a "ps -ax | grep cdslmd" 20:15:59 (lmgrd) (or equivalent "ps" command) 20:15:59 (lmgrd) and kill the "cdslmd" process. 20:15

If not, it (probably) won't compile

If that's the case, I can't help you (but someone else probably can). I'd suggest you post the actual text of the error message, and be specific about what class uses JNI and what class you've replaced. Do you have the same problem if you run this from the command line? /gordon

pdftricks error
Hi all, As pst-pdf failed on me when I most needed it (in fact, I think the problem is in ps2pdf and not really in pst-pdf, but anyway...) I turned to check alternatives and found pdftricks.
