The only site doing this publically is the Cornell Theory Center;
they're married to Intel/Microsoft/etc by donations. NCSA used to
have a Windows cluster, but their subsequent clusters are Linux.
I know some commercial customers who built Windows clusters. The only
one still running Windows is a biotech company for which the only
available analysis software runs only on Windows. The others converted
