Hello,

I have seen both Mac and PC versions of the adaptec
1480 SCSI PCMCIA adaptor.  Is the only difference between
the two just the driver software or are the cards'
hardware different as well?  I have a PC laptop and
I know of a couple of the Mac PCMCIA SCSI adaptors
for sale, but I want to make sure I can just download
drivers for my PC.  The adaptec website does not say,
and if anything, seems to imply that the two cards
are different hardware-wise as well.

All we can see from Adaptec�s Web site is that
both adapters are PC Card/CardBus compatible. At
least I could not find any proof the hardwares
are equal or different.
