All pass filter for a whitening filter

Hi,

Could any of you please help me in coming up with an all pass filter
for a filter? Basically, I am whitening an image by multiplying the
imae (in the Fourier domain) with it's fourier amplitudes, so that I
get a flat spectrum. Then the whitening filter is simply the
amplitudes in the Fourier domain. What I want is an all-pass filter
for this whitening filter in matlab. Please can any of you guide me
on?
