Marker face colors in a log-log plot?

Hello,

I am trying to plot different symbols with different face colors for
multiple data series on a log-log plot using the loglog command;
however, I am receiving error messages for the following line:

pp=loglog(X1,Y1,'d','markerfacecolor','r',X2,Y2,'square','markerfaceco
lor','b',X3,Y3,'v','markerfacecolor','g',X4,Y4,'x','markerfacecolor','
r');

Can anyone tell me the right syntax to obtain the result I am
seeking?

Thanks.

Hi Marco!

There is several ways to do this, I prefer to use the "vectorized"
version of set whenever i change properties of several plot elements.
Something like this should work:

% Define marker etc...
markfacecol={'r';'b';'g';'r'};
marktype={'diamond';'square';'v';'x';};

% Set them all at once
set(pp,{'Marker'},marktype,{'MarkerFaceColor'},markfacecol);
