matlabpool open failure and Stage: Parallel Job failed

Hello! In Windows XP Pro 32bit matlabpool work good. In Window7 Pro 64-bit matlabpool fails. I have tried to open a matlabpool with the command: matlabpool open 4 It fails and I got the message: ???
