Dear all,
I want to train a Time-Delay Neural Net ,in order to classify 4
classes of inputs.

The problem is :

The training data has different durations (vector size is not
constant).
SO,what should i do to the data in order to be an appropriate input
for the Neural Network ???
I have read about(Normalization & Standarization ) , but, i still
dont know what does this mean ??
