How to generate NRZ signal of specified Bitrate ...kindly suggest me.

Is there a signal generator involved in this? If so then the mechanism for 
doing it is going to depend on how you control the signal generator.

If there is no signal generator involved in this question, then since the bit 
rate could easily be user specified down to 5 * 10^(-20) seconds, please let 
us know how you intend to control the signal with a period 50 times shorter
