Wow, the people tracking model demo is really neat.  Great job!  I was looking for something like this for a project idea.  I want to see if I can aim a laser pointer, mounted on servos, at a moving object which motion was viewed with a web cam and tracked with Matlab.  Another part of the project is to find the laser and make sure it is "on the target."  A sort of controls/feedback project.  I have a couple questions about this model:

How many man-hours does it take Matlab pros to make a model like this?
How would I limit the number of  targets (num_targets) to 1 (in other words, which part of the model is setting num_targets)?
Where can I find the centroid of the box around that target?

I am so glad I chose to do this project as I have been becoming more and more fond of Matlab the more I use it.

I have found a way to limit the range of num_targets, but am unsure that is the proper way to proceed.  Also, I am looking for any help understanding how I might use the Instrument Control Toolbox to pass infromation from Simulink to servo controllers.
