PSD of clipped OFDM signal

Hi,
   Can anyone please suggest me how to calculate the PSD of a clipped OFDM signal. I need to plot a graph of PSD vs Relative frequency. but pwelch function gives PSD vs Normalized frequency. Please reply to nitin.medikonda@gmail.com
