hello, i need "convert" this rand('state',sum(100*clock)) to quassi random numbers.................. I found something about halot set set a salton...........and i need this quassi number for this:. ROW = ceil (rand * NORMAFRO); somebody hel me? happy new year

If you have access to the Statistics Toolbox, it includes are functions 
for Halton and Sobol sequences.  "doc qrandstream" will get you started.
