Reopen Editor with all previously open files

Hello 

I really appreciate the function in the Matlab editor, that when I have closed Matlab. When I start it again, then I get the editor with the same files opened that I used to have open before closing Matlab.  

But if I (accidentially ) close the editor directly (and not by closing Matlab), then it seems to be impossible, to get the editor back with all the files open, that used to be open. 

Is this true or did I just not find the right way?
