Hi
  When I start matlab (R2010a) it shows:
  Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: D:\MyWork\Untitled2. 
  Current Folder is in path of Desktop.
What's the problem?

In your path-settings is a path, that does not exist (or is not a path).

File -> Set Path -> delete the mentioned path -> Save -> Restart Matlab.

Right. Me too. Just click on "save". Restart Matlab.
When I had this error, this works for me.
