Trying to Open Saved Figure --> "Import Wizard"?

  • Follow

Today I was editing a bunch of figures, saving them manually. I'm not sure what happened, but now when I try to open those figures in Matlab, an "Import Wizard" window opens up instead of the actual figure. I can load the "figure" into my workspace as a <950x1280x3 uint8> variable, but I am no longer able to open any of my figures as actual figures. However, all of the saved figures I didn't edit today open fine.

Does anyone know what is happening here, and how I can fix it? Thanks.

I get the exact same problem. This is a big deal because I need to review all the formatting work I did on the figure.

I have the same problem too. Have you figured out how to solve it?

I got the same problem as well...Could it be that I'm using different version of matlab?
