Hi. I want to create a "draw" using fucntions. Imagine something like this

Done using functions and shading...
but to do that, I first need to know how to plot something like this:
[url]http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=%28y%3E%3D2x-3%29+and+%28y%3Cx^3%29+and+%281.5%3Ex%3E-0.5%29[/url]
I just tried matlab yesterday, so I'm supernoob...
Sorry for my bad english, and I would very much appreciate some help..

You want to draw a christmas postcard in Matlab?!

I can get an image after I removed "[/url]" from the link.
There is a "Getting started" in the help section of Matlab. I'm not sure if it really helps to draw christmas cards, but some area plots will work soon!
