To close the loophole under  UNIX - Place the "-msgevel I" in the
"!sasroot/misc/rstopts/rsasv9.cfg" file -  which contains those
restricted options set by the site administrator  (ME!) ..  Works
wonders ,  those users who try to alter the options - cannot,  and get a
message to the effect in the saslog.

WARNING 36-12: SAS option MSGLEVEL is restricted by your Site
Administrator and cannot be updated.


Me a control freak ? Never!
