When running SAS/AF on UNIX, the drop down combo boxes are distorted. The
distortion is typically as follows. When the box is clicked, the menu
choices appear, but usually there is a 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap between the
object and the menu choices below. Moreover, to select a menu choice, you
usually have to click 1/4 to 1/2 inch above where it actually appears on
the screen.
Because of this, I am contemplating replacing all my combo boxes with some
other type of cell control (maybe a custom one). Does anyone know of a
better work around for this problem?
Also note, the same problem exists when selecting from drop down combo
boxes that are in the SAS/AF object properties, so it is unlikely a user
error.

This might be a install problem for the unix emulator that you have -
hummingbird?
SAS/AF displays correctly on unix, however, emulator settings can
distort.
