Does anyone know if the Stratified Wilcoxon Test Statistic also known
as the van elteren test can be performed using proc glm or any other
procedure other than proc freq.  I have a N:M matched sample and I'm
trying to evaluate a continuous outcome.

Any idea is greatly appreciated.

I am not sure what you are trying to do. Latching on the you
mentioning a mached sample I would probably look at proc t-test with
the bootstraping option or proc surveymeans.

If you would provide more details of the challenge you are facing we
might be able to be more detailed in the response.
