WSR Problem and Cure

Yesterday I received the following inquiry from a WSRToolkit
customer, Michael P:

This happens to me occasionally. This is what I do:
1. Close the Speech Bar.
2. Close Speech Macros by right click the speech macro icon in the
lower right Taskbar.
3. Open Task Manager by right clicking a blank area of the Taskbar.
4. Click Processes tab in Task Manager.
5. If Sapisvr.exe is running, highlight it and click End Process.

Restart WSR and it should work fine.

eMicrophones MyMSSpeech spammers stalk, slander, threaten others,
and publicly publish information from private investigators such
as Kelmar & Associates, violating the privacy of innocent people
who have nothing to do with fighting eMicrophones MyMSSpeech spam
and misinformation. Marty Martin Markoe and his buddies use many
aliases to advertise their commercial website and to attack their
adversaries on the Internet.

http://www.knowbrainer.com/
"After tracing this members profile we are embarrassed to find out
that we now know that Mike Tavia is another one of approximately
20 KnowBrainer forum aliases for Martin Markoe of emicrophones who
was banned from this forum for personal attacks."

From a regular user:
"...the question was how [Marty Martin Markoe] deals with other
vendors and whether or not he respects the rules of conduct in
public forums. Besides, if you want to beware of his attacking
postings, you've got to be very quick, because, as Lunis pointed
out, I think about half of his postings tend to get taken down,
which I think is another record in itself."

Marty regularly breaks forum rules here on UseNet and on web
forums.

That is an example of Marty Martin Markoe & Company masquerading
as a lurker on UseNet. That fraud was the ID's only post to UseNet
and his NNTP posting host (assigned to optonline.net) matched
Marty's buddy Michael Mendick.

eMicrophones spam and misinformation causes trouble for speech
users seeking help...

"Man you really are full of yourself [Marty]! Just leave me
alone... go away and let me get USEFUL information from someone
who will be honest with me instead of evasive, devisive and
insulting!"
