Amiga hardware simulation: check this out amiga lovers

Long time ago, I made a project called Smart Communications between an
Atari 800 and Amiga 500. Now I ported and added more features to the
program and called it MPDOS for PC. It let's you simulate the Atari
and Amiga peripherals like joysticks, mice, keyboards, and disk drives
using a special cable and software. The software runs under all
Windows OS including Windows 3.1. You can check out the details at
http://amiga.krishnasoft.com.

Joysticks, mice, keyboards, and disk drives eventually go bad but
motherboards usually don't so by using the PC to simulate these
peripherals, you can continue to use your amiga rather than trash it
just because some peripherals stopped functioning. I have some
auctions so you can take a shot at getting it below retail pricing:

Hardware for Amiga 1200?
Hi. I have just bought an Amiga 1200 "Magic Pack" (not used, it will be a fantastic feeling to unpack a new Amiga), and now I'm scanning the net for more information. What can I do with it? How can I upgrade it? I haven't used my Amiga 500 for about ten years, so I'm a little bit lost. I divided my questions into some few sections: Zorro expansion ----------------------- The A1200 has only one zorro port. I've heard about A1200 Tower. Do I get more zorro ports if I buy a A1200 Tower, or is it just a box where I place my A1200 motherboard? Is it possible to upgrade the Amiga 1200 with more zorro ports (by splitting)? What are the benefits with a Tower? Turbo card --------------- Are these produced anymore, or do I have to find them on ebay? Are these installed internally or do they take up a zorro port? I've read a little bit about Blizzard and Apollo. What should I get? What about PPC-expansion? What do I need to run OS4? Memory upgrade ------------------------ A first step should be to upgrade the memory so I can install OS3.9. Elbox 1200 seems to be a nice memory upgrade card with a socket for a 68882 PGA FPU. Is this memory installed internally? Is it possible to buy the FPU anywhere? How many programs uses the FPU? With the Elbox 1200, I will get 6 MB of total memory. I wonder if it is enough for running OS3.9? Graphics card -------------------- Is it possible to upgrade the graphics with a better graphics...

Technically the "newest" hardware is the AmigaOne - but they are about as rare as an honest politician. There are also a few "knock-off" Amiga models... other companies made what amounted to clones. My understanding is that not all of them could run all the native Amiga software. And lets face it - that is the point. There are a few emulators out there - programs that let you fake an Amiga on another computer. So your PC can turn itself into one. I think modern computers can run an Amiga emulator without much problem now. Also "newest" does not mean "best". Consensus is that the 3000 was the best model. But the 4000 is newer and has newer hardware in it. Go here for...

I haven't found the machine as yet, (there is a container load of stuff accumulated from all over the world) but I suspect the machine is gone.
