Announcement:

I've made my first push into memory expansion, and would like to let everyo=
ne know that I will soon have an REU clone available.

A working prototype now exists and parts are on order for a limited run.  T=
hese are intended more for folks who already have an REU but who want to up=
grade as cheaply as possible (by using the 8726 REC chip from an existing u=
nit), but I will include the REC chip for an extra cost, while supplies las=
t.

Pre-orders are now being taken, with shipping starting late this month.   T=
hese will be selling for $34.95 for the 1 MB size and no REC chip, $54.95 f=
or 512K *with* an REC chip, and $65.10 for 1 MB and an REC chip.

 I went to your store and it said "SOLD OUT!" When will the next batch
be ready to go? I NEED AT LEAST 1 MB and would "prefer 2" if possible
for what I'm trying to do with my Wheels 128 over here. Would it be
possible to go 2 MB?

The current design is indeed sold out (I ran out within a few days of posti=
ng that ad in fact), and I am not sure when the next run will be available.=
  Possible to go to 2MB? sure, but with this design, the result would not b=
e pretty :-)
