Fast copier needed for IEEE equipment.

  • Follow

Hallo allemaal,

There exists loads of fast copiers for the C64/128 that enable you to
make exact copies of a 1541 disk. I need one for the old PET/CBM
series.

I know that a 8x50, 4040 and other drives can perform this trick using
the two drives they have, but in this case I want to create a back-up
on my PC which is able to emulate various IEEE drives.

Sources and info how to program one could be welcome as well.

Thanks for any help!

I can't (at this point) guarantee that it will work,=85 if you can find
a copy of Central Point's COPY2PC it _may_ do what you want.

I think there is a small mis-understanding: I don't want to backup
PC-floppyies but 8250-floppies.

Let's ask the question in this way: what kind of program would you use
to backup a 8250 floppy when you only have two SDF-1001's?
