Any one knows how to get that game for windows platforms?

Alternatively, getting MAME and the Nemesis ROM set should work on any 
relatively recent PC [more disclaiming waffle]. Good job it's a game i know 
and love really, you'd probably be *far* better off asking in a Windows 
gaming newsgroup rather than one dedicated to Commodore 8-bit hardware about 
these things usually.
