I have some documentation on C64 emulators' .CRT format.  However,
there are holes in the documentation.  Specifically, the following
cartridge formats contain the memory format but not how to program the
cartridge:

*  Action Replay
*  KCS Power Cartridge
*  Expert Cartridge
*  Atomic Power
*  Magic Formel
*  Super Snapshot 5

I recieved information about other cartridge formats from another
source.
