Question about Novaterm 9.6

I still have Novaterm 9.6 on disk. Is there any demand at all for
Novaterm, or are there better Commodore-specific terminal programs
available?

In my opinion Novaterm is THE best C64 term program. Keep your old version,
but also try the newest version, which you can find here...

I downloaded the version of NT 10 from this site. I am
unable to transfer data between my C128D and my WINDOWS XP
system running HYPERTERM using the ZMODEM protocol through
a null modem. Has anybody had better luck than me? Transfer
operations work smoothly with an older version of NT 10.

Well dont wanna be confrontaitional, but Novaterm 9.6 was defficient
as follows.
1. The auto dump bfr to disk (when useing from Ramlink was problematical
and its buffer was so limited in size that was also a problem.
2. I used Dialogue now for many years, and its buffer editor is terrific.
Both in size and editing capabilities (almost as good as a
dedicated word processor. I had to pay for it, but now its
freeware and can be dowloaded from videocam.net.au. Rod and
Gaelyne can steer you to it.
3. Desterm was another good one (though much more complicated to use)
than Dialogue. My version of Dialogue was Version v2.d which was
the last one ever sold and later declard as freeware.
