Wanted: C64 Software in Original Boxes!
Hi Everyone, Decided to start collecting C64 stuff for the first time. I have been to Ebay but wanted to know if there were other places to buy / trade C64 stuff. I have seen a place called sensible software but they were very expensive. Thanks! I have plenty of software on hand with orginal boxes. What were you looking for??? I won't be giving, selling, or trading any of the disks themselves, but I will make copies for any interested parties. Have a great day! I want, I want, I WANT?
Hello. One thing keeps me amazed these days. ROM v2.00 for the HP49G+ addresses so many issues that were in v1.23, and adds so much functionality. And don't kid yourself, you do not have HP to thank for very much of it! Anyways, after this realease I see a huge number of people (many of whom I've never seen contribute with anything before here) asking over and over again for this and that feature to be changed or added. Well, what made this news group and this community what it is today, was the fact that if we wanted something changed or added, we did it ourselves! Where do you thin...

Wanted: Dowloadable Test Software for C64,C128 and REU.
I have a few C=64's and C=128's sitting around, as well as few 17xx REU's, but all my floppy drives are dead and gone. I just picked up an SD2IEC and I'd like to put my old machines through their paces. Several are equipped with JiffyDOS already, and I'm thinking of upgrading the VDC on my 128's. So the software should be able to test out those features as well. Thanks in advance. Re: Wanted: Eiffel software to read hardware & OS serial numbers.
My intentions are to simply make and sell my own software; hence I have been looking for "product activation" methods to reduce or stop causal copying (software piracy). I foresee these methods as mostly software with some webware parts. I want to simply protect my products from software piracy and at the same time protect the privacy of my clients. So any Product Activation methods would have to be fast, simple and effective. Please, reply to me, if you know of companies or software utilities that handle software installation and product activation. My search continues... Kevin K...
