Any cartridges like Action Replay or Final Cartridge for Vic20 ?

(I know those carts were not for Vic , but something like them)

Now when I am using disc drive and directory listings are long it would
be nice have pause feature for listing.. Resolution is quite low/text
size is quite big. And it would be nice have fast(er) load and maybe dir
command on F-keys.

The only similar thing I know about would be the Rabbit cartridge,
but that is a _tape_ speed loader, not disk (AFAIK). Again, the
market during its commercial years might not have been ready for
a such product. To make a speed loader with some extra features
today probably is possible, but it would not be a classic.

The VIC-20 wedge combined with the UI- command is probably as 
close to a Final Cartridge as you get. :-)
