Getting password expiration under trusted system

  • Follow

As a user, how can I see when my password is set to expire? I would
like to auto-notify myself 3 days before it expires so I can change it.
The old parsing /etc/passwd doesn't seem to work, as the expiry field
is no longer stored there for my account.
