I've got a server running HP-UX 11.0 with a large number of existing
print queues (over 100)pointing to printers from a variety of
manufacturers.  Many of the queues were created with the ability for
regular users to cancel any print job tunred off.  I'm looking for a
way to open this up without having to delete and re-create each queue.
 My suspicion is that the value that controls this is stored in a file
somewhere and that I may be able to attack this programatically.  Any
cluse or suggestions would be apreciated.
