Buying geo cookie, \$100
We'd like our web site to switch language depending on the country of the IP, or alternatively the language of the user's system if an IP check makes the server too slow. We'll have up to 600 new visits per minute at our site. Basics 1. Load DE.htm page by default 2. Switch to EN.htm or FR.htm for certain IP countries 3. Store value in cookie to avoid IP lookup for next visit, prefer P3P compliant 4. Let user pick language at any time in our menu, updating the cookie Free country database is available at: http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country Ryanair.com is a site that appear

I have this situation, at some point of time , the CPU busy time gets 100% for about 1 min and then it goes back to normal. How can I know what process or transaction is making this happens. cpu hogged at 100%
Greetings, I just installed Oracle 10g home on my machine : win xp pro sp2 RAM 512 DDR cpu : 2800+ HD : enough symptoms : after reboot, I have 2 "perl.exe" process which hog 50% of my cpu time each. I kill them, cpu goes down. 2mn or so later, they're back and my cpu returns to 100%. I have not yet launched any request nor logged to the admin console. I'm a total newbie with oracle and just installed it to play (if not, I wouldn't have installed it on a Win xp pro ;) ) many thx for your help ! Blade 100 boot problem
Hi all, I'm hoping someone here might be able to help me on this. It's left me scratching my head for the last couple of months and I really want to solve the problem without having to do a complete reinstall. I'm doing it this way mainly because it's actually a good opportunity to learn how to solve such problems, and because I want to get certifications in Solaris administration. I've got a Blade 100 which is refusing to boot, giving me the message "Disk a: File and Args", and nothing else. After this problem appeared, I was able to get into Open Boot (v4.0... a complete reinstall.
