I search Ignite and MirrorDisk for HP-UX 10.20. So if anybody has this 
applications, could you please give me an URL or send me an email ?

I went there and to the software depot site and took a quick look.
Unfortunately, I don't see them providing any URLs to the last
versions of the product for HP-UX 10.20.  I didn't make it an
exhaustive search by any means.

Maybe you could get it off of the application CDs?

Thanks for this URL but HP deleted all applications for HP-UX 10.20 in
their web site.

I think I once found Ignite at:

ftp://hpat951.external.hp.com/pub2/softlib/software1/wk165/wk165en

also (in a more usable form IIRC) on the Application CD#3,
according to my records.

You might explore the above site for it,
unfortunately it's huge and appears to be
more of a dump rather than a well-organized archive.

MirrorDisk 10.20 never was free available. You had to pay for it and the 
installation required a dedicated license key. Even if you will find a 
depot, you won't be able to install it without a valid license key.
