Where can I get a library decompiler working on the HP-49G+?

You can use "D<->L" from "OT+ Library" from Prof. Wolfgang. You can find it 
at www.hpcalc.org.
There's also some other library splitters like "Split", etc. Search and 
you'll find them for sure.

http://page.mi.fu-berlin.de/~raut/WR49/index.htm

Look for OT49.lib. It has a compiler/de-compiler called D<->L that will
toggle between directories and libraries. It seems to be based on the
CRLIB function. But it also will split a library nicely.
