Who has the Sparcom Math Pac?

  • Follow

Hi,

since days I try to get my Sparcom Math Pac to work but when I insert a
ram or rom card in slot 2 and start the program it crashes. I found out
that the version I have (v2.3) is said to have several bugs.
Has anyone a newer version of the Math Pac (e.g. v2.5) that he could
send me by email? Perhaps I can help you out with newer versions of my
rom cards. Just write me an email.

Thanks.

Volker

I have a 1992 version for my HP48SX, I don't know what version, it also has the book from Academic press by John F. Holland.

I'll like to know who can transfer that to a SD memory so I can use this program and others in my HP50.

The differences in most internal ROM addresses,
between the two series, and other details,
may introduce some obstacle to the "direct approach"
which you propose.

Has anyone ever said "ask not what Sparcom can do for you;
ask what you can do for Sparcom"?

Inaugural Address by John F. Kennedy - January 20th 1961

"The world is very different now. For Man holds in his mortal hands
the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life.
And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought
are still at issue around the globe - the belief that the rights of Man
come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God."

[...]

"And so, my fellow Americans:
ask not what your country can do for you -
ask what you can do for your country.

My fellow citizens of the world:
ask not what America will do for you,
but what together we can do for the freedom of Man.

Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world,
ask of us the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you.

With a good conscience our only sure reward,
with history the final judge of our deeds,
let us go forth to lead the land we love,
asking His blessing and His help,
but knowing that here on Earth God's work must truly be our own."
