From the thread title, I thought a stoned gamer fell down some steps
or wandered outside for the first time in days and got run over.
Maybe you could change the title to "Shitty Website Gone: 75,000 Just
Like It Remain".

Crispy Gamer was a bit unique. Their editorial content and reviews were
generally well written and often quite in-depth. They also never
accepted ads from gaming companies. I can't think of any other gaming
website which made that a rule.
The only two things, I didn't like about them were the website layout
and the fact that they weren't PC exclusive.
I am sorry to see them go. Those of you who never visited them, may try
checking out their PC archives. Another website (and a PC exclusive
one) that has generally good articles is http://www.rockpapershotgun.com
Good luck to CrispyGamer crew.

Never heard of it until your post, went and looked, don't see what the
fuss is about. I'll read some of the editorials based on some of the
other comments here.

Yes, that's what I dislike about most web gaming websites. They treat PC
gamers as if we are 3rd class citizens when in fact we drive the
industry forward.

That's not what I said. Their PC related content was actually pretty
good.
