Hi!
I installed PCMCIA USB 2.0 card into my old Thinkpad T22 so I can use my
Logitech Fusion webcam which is real USB 2.0 camera. It works fine when
attached to USB 1.1 at the back but when on PCMCIA USB 2.0 port, computer
freezes, blue screen appears (memory dumping etc etc and counts to 100). USB
2.0 works fine with my memory stick though.
What do you think is the problem? I tried different versions of drivers for
both the webcam and the USB card and nothing helps.

I have a similar situation. Logitech Fusion webcam works fine on my ThinkPad
A30p USB 1.1 port on the back of my laptop, but is not recognized by my
PCMCIA USB 2.0 port which works with my external DVD, external hard drive,
and DV camera attached. No computer lock up, it just is not recognized.
Any suggestions as to why this one device is not seen by the computer when
attached to the PCMCIA USB 2.0 port?
