I frequently get this warning web page in my browser. Usually it's when I 
open Safari and choose "Open all windows from last session" in the History 
menu and it tries to open all the old URL from yesterday. But sometimes I get 
it when I type in a URL.

When I click on "Continue to web site" they turn out to be innocuous sites. 
One frequently blocked site is MacFixIt.com

Why am I seeing these? How can I stop them from occurring?

I Google this phrase but nothing useful is found.

Seriously?  Copy the title of this thread, embed it in quotes as in

        "This link is not authorized by Yahoo"

and let Google respond.  The second link has all the information you
could want on the subject...?

The quotes tells Google to search for this as a phrase rather than a
collection of words that may exist throughout a document.

All the Googling in the world hasn't turned up how to disable these "we know 
best what sites are good for you" warnings. 

How do I disable the interruptions? They don't seem, in my case, to be all 
that accurate in detecting bogus sites.

I think you'd need to petition Yahoo to stop doing it.  Good luck with 
that. ; )
