Examples? What program uses them?
If they're on web pages, just click on the emoticon and drag the graphic
file to your desktop. I really don't know what you need the for unless
you're building a web site and what to use them.

There is no software for emoticons. Just click on it and drag it to
desktop make a folder with emoticons and safe them in there. Been
doing that way for years. Beth

what i mean is, when i'm using msn messenger to chat and someone sends
me a customized emoticon, i can save it so i can use it next time when
i send a message to someone. i want to be able to back up the
emoticons so i can use it on another mac.
for pc, software such as MSNBackup (http://www.baisoft.it/
msnbackup_english.asp) and CEDP Stealer (http://www.sherv.net/)
i know about saving images from online and using them but sometimes
they turn out smaller than how i want them.
