Best PC program for video-conferring

What's the best program to use on a PC for video conferring with a Mac?

I just set up video on my Mac via Ichat and AIM via AOL, so I've got the
Mac end of ready to go.

Skype can be good. But don't let anyone have a loudspeaker to hear by
as that sets up all sorts of feedback and distorts the signal. All
should use earphones; Bluetooth ones can be very discreet.

Thanks, Tim.

Is Yahoo Messenger good? I just noticed that Yahoo Messenger handles
video, and both I and my PC friend already have Yahoo accounts.

I don't mean to speak for Mr. Powys-Lybbe, who will have his own answer
to your latter question. My experience is that Skype is the best there
is with any combination--Mac-Mac, Mac-Win, Win-Win. I have friends
around the country and the world with whom only Skype works for video;
I have, unfortunately, found iChat to be very lacking, particularly for
video.

Yes, if you have Yahoo accounts and not Skype accounts, that adds a
step, but the Skype account is free, and, I think, the best you can do.

Thanks very much, Davoud. I'll try Skype, then.
