Eudora 6.11 crashes when it tries to retrieve mail from netaddress

I began having an interesting pronlem this week. When I try to get my mail with Eudora from my netaddress.com site the program crashes when it tries to get the mail. When I do the same with my PC version I have no problem. Netaddress says they don't support Eudora on a mac. I also made sure to enable the Esoteric plugin and to increase the timeout period- no help. WHat next? Thanks.
