Extracting the Podcast RSS feed/url from iTunes?

  • Follow

Hi, is there a simple way to get the url for a show listed on iTunes? I
have been referring to the podcast's website but they don't (seem to)
always give a link to their podcasts. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!

Cheers

Right-click (or Control-click) on the subscription line and choose Show
Description from the contextual menu.

The OP doesn't say exactly what he means by "get", but I took him to
mean copy it to the clipboard or drag it somewhere or click on it -- in
short, do something with it other than look at it. All you can do with
Show Description is look at it.

I recall that Doug's Applescripts has a script to get this information
into the cut buffer.

I ran into this problem recently and decided to write a PHP script with a smartphone friendly front-end to do just that. Thought i'd share it because there seems to be others that need this information as well.
