FileMaker -> Address Book
I have an ancient FileMaker Pro database with my addresses. I'd like
to transfer these into the Mac OS X Address Book, as I don't have an
up-to-date version of FileMaker and would prefer not to have to delve
into Classic when I want to use my address database!
How can I construct a file that will be importable into Address Book?
I'm not afraid of creating scripts or calculation fields in FileMaker
to crank out the results.
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Export as tab-delimited text, then use this excellent freeware app to
import into address book.
