Does anyone know how to turn off or change the new mail sound in Lotus
Notes for Mac (v7.0.2)?  It is terribly annoying and I would love to
get rid of it if I can.

Preferences>User preferences>Mail>Turn off sound (or something like this).

If the Mac version is anything like the Windows version, there's so much 
more to be annoyed about than that!  :-)
