I have a couple of mac clients connecting to an Exchange 2003 server.
A little status window stays on constantly, saying it is updating,
sychronyzing or whatever.
Why does it do this & how can I get it to stop?

What kind of account do they have configured? I had problems like that
(and others) when I configured the account as "Exchange". Changing it
to "IMAP" has made things work much more smoothly. From what I can
tell, the Exchange protocol is IMAP with some additional Microsoft
extensions, but I haven't noticed any missing capabilities.

POP3, if I recall correctly.
I'll check into it...
