I've reinstalled Word and want to copy autotext entries from my backup
- but where are they kept?

Made me take a look too, and I sure can't figure it out. Seems to be in

For contact info, run the following in Terminal:

I believe that they are in your Normal template. You need to 
either restore your normal template from the backup or use the 
"Organizer" to copy them from your old backed up Normal template 
to your new one.

 From the word application, the button to start the organizer can 
be found under the Tools -> Templates and Add-ins... dialog box.
