Hello! I am in the process of going wireless.... fun...

I picked up a couple of these Dlink USB wireless network adapters... 
they look pretty cool and are supposed to work with PC and Mac (OS X 
only).

They do indeed work fine with a PC on WIndows 2000 and they sort of work 
on the Mac.

I tried installing them on three Macs running 10.2.8 (iMac DV, 8550 with 
G3 card and a 9600 with a G3 card)... they get good signal and I can 
surf the net, but as soon as I try to log into another machine (either a 
wireless one (PC or Mac) or a wired one (PC or Mac) things slow down, 
get wierd and then after a good 5 minutes with the beachball, the 
network is gone. The DLink applications still shows good signal and that 
it's connected, but it won't go anywhere, even with Safari... the only 
way out is to restart.

Anyone had any luck with using these devices???

ANyone have a suggestion on something that will work?
